Coen is one of the best trainers and coaches I have had the opportunity to work with. He is very sensitive and observant, allowing him to connect with his clients on a very deep level. He brings them out of their comfortable zones while maintaining a safe environment, ensuring no one gets hurt emotionally in the process. And it is not all rah-rah, as Coen is extremely knowledgeable, quoting studies and models easily, and the whole coaching process was superbly structured. Highly recommended!
